On the sixth day, participants took place in many group activities, where team work, problem solving were keys.
In the morning, while some took part in a Buggy build race, the other did some abseiling activities. For the first activity, they used a variety of equipment (wooden spars, polythene barrels, ropes etc) and worked together to design, build and drive a working buggy capable of transporting their team across a set course. In this last challenge, participants were helped into a harness by instructors and when ready they slowly step back over the edge and climb down the tower.
After lunch, they went on a high ropes workshop. This activity, undertaken as part of a team, was a great challenge of honing communication skills as a small group.
Finally after dinner, participants enjoyed a lazer game session.
We also premiered the video of the Youth Exchange in Australia.
